FRENCHY’S Shipping Policy
All items are shipped discreetly and privately in unmarked packages via UPS Ground. Orders placed with PO Boxes as the shipping address will be shipped via United States Postal Service. ONLY YOU will know what you order! Your package will not have the name Frenchys.com listed on the outside. Frenchys’s will make every effort to please their customers. If you should require an alternative shipping method, please contact our retail location in Santa Cruz, California. Contact hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday thought Friday. By placing an order with Frenchy’s you certify that you are of legal age to purchase the items ordered, and that by placing the order you are not in violation of any law, regulation or statue. Further, you agree not to hold Frenchy’s, or any of their vendors, subcontractors or employees liable for any and all physical or property damages that may result from the use of this site or of any items purchased from it.
Normal delivery time on items ordered for shipment in the Continental U.S. is 1-2 weeks. Orders submitted after 12 P.M. PST and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Weekends and Holidays are not considered shipping days.
If an item is out-of-stock or back ordered, we will contact you through your email address that you provided to let you know the estimated shipping date.
Domestic Shipping Information & Rates
Frenchy’s ships to the following locations: Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. Frenchy’s no longer accepts other international orders. Frenchy’s now offers a flat shipping rate of $9.95. An additional $25 ($34.95 total) will be charged for orders shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico. Please note that Frenchy’s is not responsible to pay any additional custom’s charges than may be required when shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico.

Please contact our retail location in Santa Cruz, California if you do not receive your package within 3 weeks from receiving confirmation that your package has been shipped. Contact hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. The local telephone number is 831-475-9221. We will work with the shipper to track down your missing package. Frenchy’s is not responsible for any lost shipments or shipments that are stolen from your doorstep, mail box or P.O. Box. Further, you agree not to hold Frenchy’s or any of their vendors, subcontractors or employees liable for any and all physical or property damages that may result from the use of this site or of any items purchased from it.
